Ingredients
- Freshly baked Italian Bread
- 8 oz tomato sauce
- 5 oz can tomato paste
- 1/8 tsp each oregano, basil, parsley, garlic powder
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Cut the loaf of bread in 1/2, then cut in 1/2 lengthwise (so you have 4 long skinny pieces).
3. In small bowl mix tomato sauce, tomato paste and spices. Spoon over the bread.
4. Sprinkle cheese and toppings over pizza.
5. Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes. Switch oven to broil and broil on high until browned.
